How long does it usually take for shipping?

We want you rocking Chi Loves Me gear as soon as possible! We want everyone to know that our team is working as fast as we can to get you your gear. All items will ship within 2-14 business days (unless otherwise stated at checkout page). Shipping will depend on stock inventory, shipping location, and demand for items requested.

Are there any restrictions with shipping?

Unfortunately, at this time Chi Loves Me cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If an order has a P.O. Box shipping address, we will be forced to cancel your order.

How do I resolve shipping issues?

Chi Loves Me Brand Inc., ship via USPS. In the unfortunate case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible for the claim. If you have special shipping circumstances, please contact USPS.

Are custom colors offered?

Unfortunately, no. However, Chi Loves Me will constantly be releasing new exciting selections!
